Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 working days from the time of placement. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, we will prepare it for shipment and notify you accordingly.

Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through trusted domestic courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 5 to 7 working days from the date of shipment.

Please note that while we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe, certain remote areas, villages, or towns may experience slight delays due to courier limitations. Deliveries are subject to the availability of courier services in your region.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
If you are placing an order for multiple items and would like them delivered to different addresses, we kindly ask you to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number). This will allow you to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that some locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and provide alternative shipping arrangements if possible.
